This sounds like it was so much fun...I'm not having a Derby party this year...I'm doing a 5k race that day and maybe going with husband to a local Jai Alai fronton to watch the race on Simulcast! I think your party is Sunday right???? I'd probably go with a May-ish theme, not Derby...you can do a maypole cake or cupcakes, lots of spring-ish flowers around the table and use bright spring colors.
