Tonight we will probably head over to the waterfronts of both Morehead City and Beaufort. Morehead to go to one of my favorite shops and to check on the boat we went deep sea fishing on last year. We are thinking of going again the end of Sept/beginning of October. Beaufort to look at the gorgeous yachts from around the world and sit on the boardwalk, partaking a cool refreshment, and hopefully listening to the live music.
Saturday, I hope to take a boat over to Cape Lookout (below) or Shackleford Banks to lay out on the island instead of our beach. However, since the girls are bringing friends, we will probably end up on our beach to soak up some sun, sand, and sea. Late evening we will grill out and then the husband and I will head back out to the beach to fly kites.
Of course, tomorrow night will also be FIREWORKS!! We will either watch from our neighbors high deck where we can basically see fireworks 360 degrees around us, or we will head back over to MC or BFT and catch them from the waterfront. So beautiful watching them over water.
Sunday, we will head back home once again.

If you see my aunt in Atlantic Beach, ask her if she's ever going to let us use our family vacation condo, or if she's gonna live in it rent free for another 9 years. ;)
